Refund Policy

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) provides the following principles for a refund policy:

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  1. Is unsafe
  2. Is significantly different from the sample or description, or
  3. Doesn’t do what we said it would or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Please note that due to the nature of the ever changing world of web technologies we that we offer not guarantees as to the shelf life of any products we sell and any changes to accommodate new technologies or technologies not mentioned within the initial brief or scope will be raised as new jobs and the origional item is not refundable.

If the problem is not major we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose to request a refund or replacement which Generation Digital will consider.

Please keep your proof of purchase – for example, your receipt.
